About Us

Robert T. Pierson grew up as the son of a home improvement owner. He looked at the jobsite as his classroom and his father his mentor. Robert’s father instilled in his son the value of quality work and ethical work practices. He would say to young Bob, "Good, better, best- Never let it rest until your good gets better and your better gets best." More than just a motto, these words have become standard operating procedure at Robert T. Pierson Construction.

Since 1995 Robert Pierson has been remodeling existing houses and building quality homes for more than 1000 satisfied customers. Robert oversees every step of the building process, from design to the finishing touches. His on site presence assures quality craftsmanship which is the foundation of his business. He’s there for every nail hammered and paint stroke applied.

Robert has been married for ten years to Robin Pierson and has two wonderful daughters. Robin is the founder and executive director of ABC Care Inc., a quality school age childcare business located in both Carroll and Baltimore County.
